Rapid Injection Molding

With a standard lead-time of 15 days in quantities of 5 or more, our rapid injection molding process provides a quick, cost effective method of testing real part functionality and introducing new products to market in low volumes at an affordable price. By implementing a low cost molding system and efficient manufacturing process, we are able to provide affordable injection molded parts in production grade plastics within a short time frame. We also offer options for faster delivery and custom resin and color blending.

To minimize cost and lead-time some manufacturing methods, like EDM mold machining, are currently not available. Part design features that require side cores in the mold are reviewed on an individual basis and are available if they can be accommodated within the size constraints of the mold. Each project is quoted on an individual basis and requires an injection moldable, 3D part model in Parasolid, Step or Iges file format. Customer approved project details and deposit are required to begin production with final payment processed on delivery of the parts.
